PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower for regulating the water temperature of a water tank, with which air is sent to the water surface in the water tank to regulate the water temperature in the water tank and the temperature of water in the water tank is regulated more efficiently than a blower of a conventional type in which a blower part including its air inlet port is arranged above the water surface in the water tank. SOLUTION: The blower for regulating water temperature of a water tank comprises an open air inlet port 211, an air outlet port 22b and an attachment part 3 to be attached to the water tank 9. The open air suction port 211 in an attached state to the water tank 9 at the attachment part 3 is positioned lower than the top open surface of the water tank 9 at the outside of the water tank 9 and the air blast port 22b is positioned to send air to the water surface WF in the water tank.
