IN-VEHICLE DEAD ANGLE VIDEO IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle dead angle video image display device whereby a driver can intuitively grasp contents of a video image by displaying the video image of a dead angle region as the video image consecutive to a degree to an actual scenery without the need for complicated adjustment.

SOLUTION: A monitor 1 is installed in a vehicle cabin at the front pillar side of a vehicle. A camera 2 photographs a video image around the vehicle including the dead angle region caused by the front pillar. Then an image processor 3 converts the video image photographed by the camera 2 on the basis of a spatial coordinate of an estimated reference position at which a view point of the driver exists and a spatial coordinate of each pixel for configuring a display image of the monitor 1 to generate an output video image displayed on the monitor 1.
