A light control film is provided to improve brightness while equally dispersing light emitted from a light guide plate by increasing the use efficiency of a light source while minimizing light loss, thereby shortening the manufacturing process and reducing the manufacturing cost. A light control film includes a transparent base layer(10), a light diffusion layer(20) formed on one side of the transparent base layer, and a prism layer(30) formed on one side of the light diffusion layer. The light diffusion layer is manufactured by dispersing light diffusion particles(21) in a binder resin. |
