A ceiling panel installation structure is provided to install ceiling panels effectively without damaging various pipelines and electric wires buried under a ceiling slab and destroying a waterproof layer, to make construction simple and to cut down on the cost of construction. The ceiling panel installation structure contains front and rear support members(110,120) installed on front and rear walls by tacks to face each other, plural ceiling panel attachment members(200) supported to the front and rear support members, front and rear connection members(310,320) inserted to the front end and the rear end of the ceiling panel attachment members to be adjustable in length and fixed to the front and rear support members, plural honeycomb type ceiling panels(400) having the corresponding length to the distance between right and left walls and the corresponding length to the plurally divided distance between the front and rear walls, a foremost ceiling panel supporter unified with the front connector to support the front end of the foremost ceiling panel located on the front wall, a rearmost ceiling panel supporter unified with the rear connector to support the rear end of the rearmost ceiling plate located on the rear wall, and a ceiling panel connection fixture composed of tacks to fix the connection between the front end and the rear end of the ceiling panel to the ceiling panel attachment member.
