A heat exchanger for a solar heat absorption hot water apparatus is provided to maximize heating efficiency and economic efficiency through solar heat and vacuum heat collection tubes. A heat exchanger for a solar heat absorption hot water apparatus includes a circulation pump, a connection pipe, a heat accumulation tank(3), a plurality of installation parts(301), a plurality of branch pipes(401), a water feed pipe(4), a waterproof packing(501), and a water discharge pipe(6). The circulation pump has the connection pipe connected to the heat accumulation tank. The plurality of installation parts are formed at the tank at predetermined intervals. The plurality of branch pipes are connected to the installation parts. The water feed pipe is connected to the connection pipe. The waterproof packing is installed at the installation parts. The water discharge pipe is formed at one side of the water supply pipe.
