PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost regarding a mast and a guide roller and to easily perform inclination adjustment work or the like at assembling of a load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: A pair of guide surfaces 14a, 14b directed to a front side and a rear side is extendingly provided toward a vertical direction of the mast 2, and the load-carrying platform 3 is liftably supported through an upper guide roller 15a rolling on one guide surface 14a and a lower guide roller 15b arranged below the upper roller 15a and rolling on the other guide surface 14b. Position adjustment means TB1, 2 and nuts N1, 2 capable of position adjustment in a longitudinal direction of at least one of the upper guide roller 15a and the lower guide roller 15b relative to the load-carrying platform 3 body are provided on the load-carrying platform 3 body.
