PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filler port device constituted capable of furnishing a relief function without causing increase of the number of parts and assembly mandays and doubly improving a sealing property with a nozzle of an oil filling gun and durability. SOLUTION: This oil filler port device 7 has a sealing member 14 closely making contact with an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle N of the oil filling gun, a relief passage 36 (including axial direction hole 31) to by-pass the sealing member and a relief valve 30 provided in the relief passage and is provided on an upstream side end part (fuel filler port 1) of a filler pipe 2, a central axis of a nozzle insertion hole 17 partitioned by the sealing member is decentered from a central axis of the filler pipe, and the relief valve is internally provided in a space partitioned by decentering of both of the central axes on holder members (outer holder member 13+inner holder member 15) to support the sealing member in the filler pipe.
