PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an aircraft leg in structure free to be down-unlocked on the ground and to be down-locked in landing. SOLUTION: This aircraft leg 1 has a main support member 2 and a support member 3, the support member is furnished with an upper part side support piece 10 and a lower part side support piece 11 connected to each other through a revolving part, the lower part side support piece 11 is furnished with an engaging member 20 and the upper part side support piece 10 is furnished with a locking member 22. Revolution of the upper part side support piece 10 and the lower part side support piece 11 is avoided as the locking member 22 is engaged with the engaging member 20. A pin type movement avoiding member 21 is provided, and the movement avoiding member 21 moves in a straight line in a direction crossing the moving direction of the locking member 22 and the engaging member 20. The movement avoiding member 21 is energized in a direction to separate from the engaging member 20 and the locking member 22 by a spring 31. Down-locking is released by pressing the movement avoiding member 21 by a hand finger and making the movement avoiding member 21 engaged with a movement avoiding member engaging part 30 of the locking member 22.
