A balance health machine enabling a user to be able to automatically, stably, and constantly perform muscular exercise, stretching exercise, and exercises for improving balanced feeling. The balance health machine comprises a standing table (1) on which the user (H) can ride in a standing state, a swing mechanism (2) swinging the standing table (1) in the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directions, and a drive motor (20) driving the swing mechanism (2). Also, the standing table (1) is formed long and connected to the swing mechanism (2) through a support member (48) formed of an elastic body.
