PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the modification of the mouth (p) of an accommodating bag (b) placed on a conveyor into a predetermined form before the mouth is puckered, and to make it possible for the bag, after being puckered, to be held by a suspension conveyance mechanism that directly hangs the bag. SOLUTION: The following mechanisms are provided: a bag-mouth modification mechanism A which modifies the mouth (p) of an accommodating bag (b) of a product (a), transported on a receiving section 7 of an inlet conveyor 2, with the bag placed laterally-facing thereon; a bag suspension guide mechanism B which rotationally moves the accommodating bag (b) downward with the mouth (p) of the bag being puckered and sandwiched, and guides the bag in such a manner that the mouth (p) of the bag is held by a suspending means provided at a transporting conveyor 3; and a binding equipment 6 that binds the mouth (p) of the accommodating bag (b) transported by the transporting conveyor 3.
