PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collision of rigid bodies between a striker and a lock device due to repulsive force exhibited by a receiving member, and suppress variation of the repulsive force exhibited by the receiving member. SOLUTION: This lock device 5 is capable of engaging/detaching a seat with/from a vehicle floor, and is provided with a base member 10 formed integrally with the seat and having an opening recessed part 11 capable of receiving the striker S provided in the vehicle floor side, a hook 20 with a receiving port 21 capable of guiding the striker S to inside of the opening recessed part 11 while rotated, and the resin receiving member 50 formed to project to inside of an opening of the opening recessed part 11. The receiving member 50 has a receiving part 51, a fixation part 52 and a hollow part 53, and the receiving part 51 is deformed inside the opening recessed part 11 of the base member 10.
