PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occupant from touching a hot metallic portion while keeping design property of an interior panel of a vehicle, in an interior panel for a cabin. SOLUTION: Coating layers 15 are alternately formed on the surface of a base part 13 of an interior panel 11 for a cabin in a manner that a resin layer 17 is flush with a metal layer 19 with width narrower than a width of a finger. The resin layer 17 has a shape having a longitudinal shaft, and is raised from the surface of the base part 13 by thermal expansion when a temperature is increased, so as to fix only both ends 21 to the base part 13 to form a step between the resin layer and the metal layer 19.
