PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration adjusting device of a chemical liquid which prepares the chemical liquid supplied to a chemical liquid impregnation device for impregnating wood with a chemical liquid and keeps the concentration of the chemical liquid infiltrated in wood by substracting the shift from a predetermined value. SOLUTION: The concentration adjusting device 2 of the chemical liquid comprises a preparation tank 28 for preparing a supply chemical liquid, a raw material supply device 70 for supplying a chemical liquid raw material to the preparation tank, a metering device 63 for metering the chemical liquid raw material supplied by the raw material supply device, a concentration detector for detecting the concentration of the chemical liquid in a chemical liquid storage tank, and a chemical liquid preparing means for setting the concentration of the supplied chemical liquid as the supply concentration of the chemical liquid so that the concentration of the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid storage tank becomes a predetermined value by supplying a predetermined amount of the chemical liquid to the chemical liquid storage tank 20 from the preparation tank on the basis of the detection of the concentration detector in the storage tank and setting the supply amount of the chemical liquid raw material to be supplied to the preparation tank on the basis of the concentration of the supply chemical liquid and controlling the raw material supply device on the basis of the metering of the metering device to supply a supply set amount of the liquid raw material to the preparation tank.
