PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the attaching or the removing to be easily performed, and at the same time, to enable a heat-insulating cover to smoothly correspond to different models. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating cover comprises a band-form cover main body 2 made of a heat-insulating material having flexibility, and a flat spring 3 which is incorporated in the cover main body. The cover main body 2 is bent into a C ring form so that a band heater can be embraced by the flat spring 3. The cover main body 2 is formed into a double structure of an internal heat insulating layer section 21 and an external heat-insulating layer section. The flat spring 3 is arranged between both of the internal and external heat-insulating layer sections, and is held.
