PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring mixer and the like, which is capable of giving a mixed stirred material evenly dissolved or melted, and suppressing the clogging of a filter. SOLUTION: The stirring mixer 20 is provided with a casing 21 having a flow passage 211 therein, a stirrer 23 connected to a vibrating motor 22 disposed in the casing 21. The casing 21 has an introducing room 24 provided with an introducing opening 241 through which materials are introduced, and a discharging room 26 communicating with the introducing room 24 through a communicating passage 25 and provided with a discharging opening 261 and a filter 262 covering the discharging opening 261. The communicating passage 25 has a dividing wall 251 for lowering a pressure of a stirred mixture flowing into the discharging room 26 from the introducing room 24 to the extent that a temperature in the vicinity of the filter 262 is significantly lowered.
