PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques enabling a maintenance of a good circulation and discharge of ink even if an ink applicator enabling a check of a circulating portion of the ink is left over a long term. SOLUTION: The ink applicator has a constitution that an ink circulating means 6 to circulate the ink containing an electron beam hardening resin and to discharge toward a target to be coated 5 is placed in a cabinet 3 having a window 11 for inward look. The window 11 constituted so as to block selectively electron beams of the wavelength curing the electron beam hardening resin among incident electron beams is provided on the cabinet 3. The window 11 has a plate-like window member 12 attached to the cabinet 3, and an electron beam blocking film 13 blocking selectively the electron beams of the wavelength curing the electron beam hardening resin is provided on the surface outside of the window member 12.
