PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of sorting mails stored inside the mobile terminal by time in order to perform list display. SOLUTION: This mobile terminal having a mail function and a storage device capable of storing the transmitted/received mail has a function retrieving the mail stored in the storage device, performing the sorting by the transmission/reception time, and performing the list display of the mail of a sort result thereof, so that a user can confirm contents of a plurality of the mails in a lump without complicated operation. Because the mobile terminal has the function performing the list display and the mail of a target performed with the list display, the mail can be confirmed even in a place not allowing data communication or the like.
