PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of projecting an irradiation image of high quality with inexpensive composition. SOLUTION: A lens optical unit 20 is composed by previously coupling a collimation lens 21 and a projection lens 22 in one body through a light guide portion 23. Optical members 21, 22, and 23 are stored as a unit in a housing 5 so that the members are precisely disposed without the need for relatively positioning the respective members in the housing 5.
