PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program, an image processing device and an image processing method that can change the color of an image corresponding to a punch hole to make the image of the punch hole inconspicuous even when an original document on which a color different from the ground color adheres to the periphery of the punch hole is read.SOLUTION: CPU of an image reading device performs labeling processing on the basis of an original image, and specifies an inclusion region containing a region corresponding to a punch hole specified by the labeling processing. CPU determines whether a first mode as the most frequent value of the pixel values of pixels within a first outer peripheral area surrounding the outer periphery of the inclusion area is not less than a first threshold value (S335). When it is determined that the first mode value is not less than the first threshold value (S335: YES), CPU sets a candidate color conformed to the first mode (S337). When it is determined that the first mode value is not equal to or larger than the first threshold value (S335: NO), CPU sets a candidate color conformed to a second mode value as the most frequent mode of pixel values of pixels within a second outer peripheral area surrounding the inclusion area out of the original image (S343).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 36 |
