PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a fuel cell separator or current collecting member which is low in contact resistance and superior in corrosion resistance, and which can be manufactured inexpensively; and a method for manufacturing such a fuel cell separator or current collecting member.SOLUTION: A fuel cell separator 110 comprises: a base material 11 including iron and aluminum as primary components; a gas barrier coating 12 directly formed on the base material 11, which is superior in corrosion resistance; and a conductive resin coating 13 formed on the gas barrier coating 12 and including graphite particles or conductive ceramics which are 1-20 μm in particle diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
