PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and electronic equipment, capable of suppressing unevenness in light emission due to foreign substances.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes: a substrate 100; a ground layer 30 provided on a main surface of the substrate; a barrier rib 24 provided to the ground layer on a side that is the opposite side to the substrate; at least one recessed portion 60 including a side wall formed by the barrier rib and a bottom surface formed by at least the ground layer; and a functional layer 10 arranged to the bottom surface of the recessed portion and formed by means of a droplet discharge method. At least a part of the bottom surface includes a tilted plane tilted towards an end part of the recessed portion with respect to a plane parallel to the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
