A method for assessing the infection level in the acute pancreatitis and parapancreatitis comprises the assay for amylase activity. Upon pH-metry of pancreatogenic pathological fluids extracted with the aid of mini-invasion intervention-sonographic and videolaparoscopic technologies, the amylolytic activity is assessed and the infection level is estimated by calculations.
