PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for hydro-forming teflon bellows equipped with flanges is provided to simplify manufacturing processes as a mold heating and cooling process is omitted by distending a tefron tube using water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for hydro-forming teflon bellows equipped with flanges comprises following steps. A tefron tube(120) is flared, the tefron tube is installed on a pressing device(100), and a spacing member(130) is installed between a flange(115) and a reinforcing ring(125). The water is injected into the tefron tube, the tube is pressed at low pressure, and the tefron tube is firstly swelled. The spacing member is removed, the water is injected into the tefron tube, the tube is compressed at high pressure, and the tefron tube is secondly swelled by compressing a pressure device.
