DIGITAL CAMERA AND PORTABLE TERMINAL COMPRISING IT

PURPOSE: A digital camera and a portable terminal with the same are provided to perform photographing using a proximity sensing function of a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(230) senses proximity touch. A camera module(220) generates image data using a light receiving element. A photographing control module(229) controls an operation of the camera module according to proximity touch. A storage unit(260) stores photographed image data.
