The present invention relates to a shift circuit of a shift resistor consisting of a plurality of cascaded connected shift circuits. Each shift circuit has an input terminal where an output signal of the shift circuit of the front end is supplied as an input signal, a reset terminal where an output signal of the shift circuit of the next end is supplied as a reset signal, a first node, an input circuit where an input signal sets a potential of the first node as a potential of the input signal according to an input, a second node, a reference voltage terminal, an inverter circuit set as a reversal potential which reverses a potential of the second node to a potential of the first node according to a potential of the first node, an output circuit which includes an output terminal outputting a first clock terminal and an output signal to which a first clock signal is supplied, and outputs a potential of the output signal to an output terminal as a potential according to the first clock signal depending on a potential of the first node and a potential of the second node, and a hold circuit which maintains the second node as potential of a high level when the first node is not a potential of the input signal. The present invention is designed to provide a shift circuit, a shift resistor comprising the shift circuit and a display device comprising the shift resistor in order to prevent the problem that the output of an output terminal rises abnormally depending on the on-off of a clock even if a shift circuit is in a reset state. |
