<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document submission system, a control method therefor and a control program which enable the use reservation table of a printing device or a bookbinding device to be efficiently prepared. <P>SOLUTION: When the use reservation table of a printing device or a bookbinding device for manufacturing a printed matter is prepared based on the order information of an ordered printed matter, the order information displayed together with a list reservation table related with a plurality of devices for printing or bookbinding is dragged and dropped at the position of the list reservation table, so that the device for printing or bookbinding shown by the drop position can be automatically initialized as a device for carrying out printing or bookbinding processing related with the order information, and so that the date corresponding to the drop position can be automatically set as the initial value of the the start reservation time of the printing or bookbinding processing of the order information. Thus, the predicted processing time can be automatically calculated and displayed according to the print appearance, the number of pages and the number of copies acquired from the dropped order information and the preregistered processing capability of the device for printing or bookbinding shown by the drop position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
