PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply close card service operation for a user washing his/her car. SOLUTION: This car washing charge adjusting device 20 having a read-writer 22 for reading a recording medium card 1 and writing on it when adjusting car washing charge has a means for recording type of information for displaying application of a card on the recording medium card 1 and rewriting and reissuing type of information on the card when adjusting car washing charge using the card.
