PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottleneck detecting system for specifying where bottleneck occurs during parallel-processing a plurality of transactions, and to provide a measured object server, a bottleneck detecting method and a program. SOLUTION: A tracer 5 collects the execution history of the measured object server 10 during processing a specified load amount of transactions. An analyzing means 12 receives and analyzes the execution history and analyzes the performance index of a software component. A determining mean 14 receives the analysis result and processes a value showing a relationship between the acquired load amount and the performance index with predetermined algorithm.
