The invention relates to a multifunctional lumbar spinal cord and abdomen muscle training instrument which comprises a front support frame, a rear support frame and a cross beam, wherein the front support frame comprises a front ground bracket, a foot hooking rack and a transverse column used for supporting knee joints, wherein the front ground bracket is vertically arranged; the foot hooking rack and the transverse column used for supporting the knee joints are connected with the front ground bracket; the rear support frame consists of a rear ground bracket and a bearing cross beam; the rear ground bracket is vertically arranged; the bearing cross beam is connected with the upper part of the rear ground bracket; the cross beam is respectively connected with the front support frame and the rear support frame by a front fixed plate of the cross beam and a rear movable plate of the cross beam. Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional lumbar spinal cord and abdomen muscle training instrument has the advantages of being wide in application scope, safe, reliable, multiple in functions, convenient to assemble and disassemble and the like. |
