PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece conveying device having a rocking body reduced in manufacturing cost without increasing a space in the right-to-left direction between uprights with respect to a normal press machine. SOLUTION: The workpiece conveying device for conveying a workpiece between adjacent working machines is provide with: one supporting structure (a rocking arm 18) to be rocked around the axis horizontally orthogonal to the workpiece conveying direction; a workpiece holder 27 for attachably/detachably holding the workpiece, a supporting arm 25 for arranging the workpiece holder 27; a supporting mechanism (a coupling 30) for attachably/detachably coupling and supporting one end of the supporting arm 25 on right and left sides of its front end; and a tilt mechanism 40 for turning the supporting arm 25 around its major axis.
