PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular kitchen capable of guiding an operator such that the operator can psychologically come to a cooking space while securing a cooking space at the corner part of a kitchen counter. SOLUTION: The modular kitchen includes a kitchen counter 20 having a first portion and a second portion extending in first and second directions substantially orthogonal to each other respectively and constituted by being formed in a general L shape, an eye level cabinet 30 provided above the corner portion of the kitchen counter 20, an extending portion 21 where the top plate of the kitchen counter 20 protrudes out at the connection portion of the first portion and the second portion, a knee space 54 capable of inserting the knees of an operator in a sitting posture is provided under the top plate of the kitchen counter 20 in an extending out portion 21 and the surrounding of the same, the corner face 45b of the front face of the eye level cabinet 30 is positioned at the height of the eyes of the operator in the sitting posture, and a cooking space 50 is provided on the kitchen counter 20 so as to include the extending portion 21.
