PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a coil inside a helical groove of a flexible tube and to prevent recesses and projections causing lowered insertion operability of a treating implement from being generated on an inner surface. SOLUTION: The flexible channel 1 comprises the flexible tube 2 and the coil 3, the helical groove 4 is formed at a prescribed pitch interval on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 2, and the coil 3 composed of a metal wire having a spring property is mounted on the helical groove 4. The groove bottom part 4a of the helical groove 4 is not formed into a complete circular shape and is formed into a shape having small projection parts 5 with sharp ends at every prescribed angle, and the inner diameter of the coil 3 is formed into a diameter substantially the same as the diameter of the thinnest part in the groove bottom part 4a of the helical groove 4. The coil 3 is equipped so as to crush the small projection parts 5, thus the coil 3 and the flexible tube 2 are not relatively rotated to cause no position deviation and the coil 3 is stably held inside the helical groove 4.
