JOINED JOINT AND RAILROAD CAR USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a joined joint whose fatigue strength in a weld zone by laser beam welding is improved and a railroad car using the joint.

SOLUTION: This joined joint 30 is what the joined part in which mutual metallic sheets 21, 22 are overlapped and joined by continuous laser beam welding and, in the weld line 31 of the joined joint 30, the welding of a stop part 32 which is a nonlinear shape and imparted an extent in the width direction of the weld line 31 is performed in the end part 31a of the weld line.
