PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect circuit boards by preventing inappropriate operations in a circuit board inspecting apparatus which brings probe pins on the side of the inspection apparatus into and out of contact with contacts on the side of a circuit board by manual operations. SOLUTION: The circuit board inspection apparatus 1 is provided with both a fixed board 3 for setting a circuit board 18 and a pin board 4, and the pin board 4 is provided with probe pins 15 which come into contact with through holes 19 in the circuit board 18 and moves forward and backward, with respect to the fixed board 3. The pin board 4 is elevated, by operating an operating handle 12 to enable inspection of the circuit board 18. The circuit board inspection apparatus 1 is provided with a locking means 13 for locking the operating handle 12 for operating the pin board 4. The locking means 13 locks the operating handle 12, while various types of checks are performed on the circuit board 18 and the circuit board 18 is protected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
