PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact switching device capable of certainly detecting an object to be detected and also improving operability. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a high frequency part including an antenna that can emit a radio beam in a plurality of directions; a control judgment circuit for controlling the direction of the radio beam emitted from the antenna by judging presence or absence of an object to be detected based on a Doppler signal from the high frequency part; and a load control circuit for outputting a control signal outside based on a control output from the control judgment circuit. In a detection mode, if detection of an object is confirmed when the radio beam is emitted in any one of the plurality of directions, the control judgment circuit determines a control signal to be outputted from the load control circuit for each of the directions when detections in the directions are confirmed corresponding to the confirmation of the detection, and, in a switch input mode after the above detection mode is finished, outputs a control signal determined in the detection mode from the load control circuit corresponding to the confirmation of detection in any one of the plurality of directions.
