PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery managing apparatus carrying out an unmanned discharge work after a drying step so as to efficiently perform the discharge step, by utilizing merits of a rack type grain drying device of individually performing drying treatment with a container to flexibly deal with each packet. SOLUTION: An automatic discharge input means 39b for reserving discharge operation of a plurality of dried containers in a grain drying device 5 as the discharge object is set on a control means 9, and, when specific information including the kind, grade, and number of objective containers to be discharged is inputted from the input means 39b, the control means 9 performs stock confirmation of dried containers and actuates the grain drying device 5, a carrying means 4 and a reversing means 6 to perform discharging work of a plurality of dried containers.
