PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a current transformer for detecting current and a capacitor for detecting a voltage in a conventional current/voltage detector make up a structure tends to allow variations in detection values, since variations in shapes or the like of wiring tend to occur, and a current detecting point and a voltage detecting point are spaced from each other.
SOLUTION: A voltage detection-use wiring part 30 in the shape of a ring and a current detection-use wiring part 10 in the shape of a coil composed of a through-hole and a pattern trace are formed on the same substrate. A shielding part 500 composed of a plurality of through-holes is disposed between both wiring parts 10, 30. This shielding part 500 can reduce influences of an electric field on the coil-shaped wiring part 10 even in the case that the coil-shaped wiring part 10 and the ring-shaped wiring part 30 are formed on the same substrate. Therefore, the current detecting point and the voltage detecting point can be brought to approximately coincide with each other.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
|
