An apparatus for testing scaling of asphlat-concrete dynamically is provided to perform the test while rotating a specimen vessel using a roller member, thereby improving the accuracy of test. An apparatus for testing scaling of asphlat-concrete dynamically comprises a support frame(10), a transfer frame(20) installed to move on the top of the support frame, roller members installed on the transfer frame, a driving part rotating the roller members, and a specimen vessel(70) which contains asphlat-concrete sample and is positioned between the roller members to be rotated by the roller members.
