FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes laying of sheet reinforcing material onto flat surface, application of binder on sections, which produce facets, and on sections that create strips, with width of at least two thicknesses of sheet reinforcing material, which separate these facets and arranged along folding line. Then further shaping of half-finished product is carried out by bending along strips with preparation of corrugated structure with specified geometric parametres and hardening of binder. At the same time binder of various types is used, which differ by hardening parametres, besides hardening of binder along sections that produce facets is provided earlier than in their dividing sections, which produce strips. ^ EFFECT: reduced power inputs in production of corrugated structure with folded structure from composite materials. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
