Provided is a method for managing a device. The method, which is for managing the device from a cloud server, includes the steps of: registering execution authority information regarding functions provided by a first device; enabling a second device, which requests execution of the functions provided by the first device, receives an authentication request regarding whether the second device has the authority to execute the first device from the first device; authenticating whether the second device has the authority to execute the functions provided by the first device; and transmitting the authentication result to the first device. |
