The present invention relates to a cable block device to which an assembly function is added and an assembling method thereof. The cable block device comprises: a support unit configured to support a power cable for supplying power to a vehicle carrying a target; a cover unit separately coupled to the support unit; and a first accommodation unit formed on one side of a coupling portion of the support unit and the cover unit and configured to accommodate the power cable. Therefore, the cable block device can improve productivity of a product.
