PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller capable of improving the response to an operation.SOLUTION: Defining a certain period of time from an operation is made on a locking/unlocking switch as a period of waiting for smart collation, when an electronic key is collated and the result coincides during the waiting period for the smart collation, the operation controller unlocks a key. By setting the period of waiting for smart collation, the period of waiting for smart collation may be expanded.
