1. A method to communicate a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (MPDU) in an aggregate MPDU (A-MPDU), comprising:
receiving the A-MPDU using a wireless communication unit wherein the A-MPDU comprises no more than one non-zero length MPDU preceded by an MPDU delimiter, wherein the non-zero length MPDU is a quality of service data MPDU with an acknowledgement policy set to normal acknowledgement, wherein the MPDU delimiter comprises an end of frame (EOF) field and an MPDU length field indicating an MPDU length, the MPDU length field preceded by the EOF field; and determining that an EOF bit in the EOF field indicates that the A-MPDU includes no more than one non-zero length MPDU.
