PURPOSE: A chewable soft tablet containing active component, sugar, oil and fat, emulsifier as major component is manufactured by containing vitamin C with the shape of seed or multilayer to isolate one species selected from pantothenic acid calcium iron, copper or zinc. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing chewable soft tablet consisted of a process for cooling with 80 to 100°C after melting and concentrating sugar in concentration tank of 120 to 135°C and acquiring kneading material for external cooling with 40 to 50°C by adding active component and tampering process, a process for acquiring impurity for nucleolinus by melting active component with sugar, stabilizer in 40 to 60°C, a process for forming and emitting using kneading material for electric external and dispersion product for nucleolinus. |
