PURPOSE: A bamboo salt manufacturing method and a furnace thereof are provided to be able to be produced in large quantities and to manufacture bamboo salt using bamboo salt rock formed by hardening of molten salt. CONSTITUTION: A bamboo salt manufacturing furnace is composed of: a heating chamber(20) installed in the center of a vertical furnace(10) to store bamboo poles(30) filled with salt; a strut(40) installed on the bottom of the heating chamber and having a space to drop molten salt; a bamboo salt rock discharging part(70) installed on the lower part of the strut to harden the molten salt to become bamboo salt rock(60); a fuel hole(50) formed on one side of the bamboo salt rock discharging part to supply flames to the lower part of the strut and to heat and burn the bamboo poles in the heating chamber; and an opening and closing window(11) opened when taking out bamboo charcoal or salt lump and closed when heating.
