PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a lens array, where a plurality of lens parts having a comparatively large diameter can be manufactured easily and accurately, in a short time. SOLUTION: The lens array manufacturing method includes a charging process to charge liquid resin into the recessed part 11a, formed singly in a molding die 11, having a depth of 100μm or larger; a hardening process to harden the resin, in a state where the molding die 11 is brought into contact with a substrate 2 so as to bring the resin into contact with the substrate 2; a separating process for separating the molding die 11 from the hardened resin and the charging process, the hardening process and the separating process are performed, in this order, a plurality of number of times.
