PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for properly reflecting an information for renewal of a road, which a user noticed, on the map data utilized for a navigation device. SOLUTION: An operation for drawing a road on a map editing display 200 shown on a display part is accepted, and based on the accepted operation, the road is drawn on the map editing display 200. And according to the road drawn on the map editing display 200, the map data stored in a map data storing part are corrected, Moreover, when a vehicle is traveling on the road which is added to the map data by a user's drawing, the position and the shape of the road are corrected based on the running trucks.
