PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which has an extremely simple structure and is equipped with an electrically-conductive means electrically conducting stably from an inner ring to an outer ring over the long term. SOLUTION: There is provided a rolling bearing in which an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, and rolling bodies between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 are arranged, and in which a shield plate 5 is provided at a lateral side in an annular space between these rings 1, 2. In the rolling bearing, the shield plate 5 is formed from an electrically-conductive plate material which includes, in its outer circumference, a locking portion 53 to be locked to the outer ring 2 and in its central portion is provided with a hole 51 whose inner circumferential edge is adjacent to an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring 1.
