PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work for a guide member to the tip of a cover. SOLUTION: A pulley case for housing a pulley to freely rotate is fixed to a vehicle body, and a cable connected to a slide door is guided to the interior of the pulley case through a cable inlet/outlet hole, and stretched over the pulley. A cover 51 covering the cable inlet/outlet hole is mounted on the pulley case, the cover 51 is provided with a tip part 53 where a through hole 53a for inserting and removing the cable is formed, and the tip part 53 is connected to a body part 52 by the bellows part 57 to freely tilt. A guide member 61 is removably mounted on the outside of the tip part 53, and the cable is passed through a support hole 63a provided in the guide member 61, so that the cable is slidably supported by the guide member 61.
