PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power relay device for easily constituting a wireless alarm interlocking system using a household electrical appliance usually used by a general user, changing a system at any time and easily confirming operation. SOLUTION: The power relay device comprises a receiving part 10 receiving radio signals from an alarm 2 for detecting abnormality of a monitor area; a power relay part 12 relaying the supply of power; a relay control part 11 controlling the relay operation of the power relay part 12 according to the contents of the radio signals received by the receiving part 10; and an external equipment connecting terminal 14 supplying electric power from the power source through the power relay part 12 to external equipment.
